1. What is Elberith?

Elberith is a global mobility and logistics platform that connects professional drivers, transport operators and logistics partners with customers looking for reliable transportation and delivery services. Through Elberith, partners can access opportunities across services such as Ride/Taxi and Chauffeur bookings, depending on their eligibility and location.

You can apply through the Elberith Driver/Partner registration process. You will be required to provide your personal information, driving details, vehicle information and the documents required for your country and service type.

Once your application and documents have been reviewed and approved, you can begin receiving eligible bookings through the platform.

Professional drivers who meet Elberith’s eligibility requirements and the applicable legal and licensing requirements in their operating location may apply.

Yes. Elberith is designed to work with both individual drivers and professional transport operators.

Operators may register their business, vehicles and drivers and manage their services through the applicable Elberith platform.

Required documents depend on your country and service type.

Depending on your location, these may include:

  • Valid driving licence
  • Driver permit or professional licence
  • Identity document
  • Vehicle registration
  • Vehicle insurance
  • Vehicle inspection/MOT documentation
  • Operator licence
  • Business registration documents
  • Other documents required by local authorities

Elberith may request additional documentation during verification.

Yes. Driver and operator applications are subject to verification.

Elberith may verify submitted information and documentation before approving a driver or operator to provide services through the platform.

Additional verification requirements may apply depending on local laws and the service being provided.

Vehicle eligibility depends on the service and market.

Depending on your location, Elberith may support categories such as:

  • Economy
  • Standard
  • Comfort
  • Business Class
  • First Class
  • SUV
  • Premium/Executive vehicles
  • Group or passenger vans

Your vehicle must meet the applicable Elberith and local regulatory requirements for the selected category.

Yes. Approved operators may be able to register multiple vehicles, subject to the applicable platform requirements.

Each vehicle may need to be separately verified and supported by valid registration, insurance, inspection and other required documentation.

Once you are approved and your vehicle/service is active, eligible bookings may be made available to you through the Elberith platform.

Depending on the service and operating model, you may receive booking information such as:

  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Booking time
  • Service type
  • Vehicle category
  • Customer information required to complete the booking

Booking acceptance depends on the Elberith service model, your location and the applicable operator/driver terms.

Where the platform allows driver acceptance, you can review the available booking information before accepting a request.

Payments are processed according to the payment method used for the booking and the applicable Elberith partner settlement arrangements.

For eligible card bookings, Elberith may process the customer’s payment and settle the applicable amount to the operator after deducting the agreed Elberith platform commission and other applicable adjustments.

For cash bookings, the customer may pay the operator/driver directly, subject to Elberith’s applicable settlement requirements.

Yes. Elberith may charge a platform commission for bookings completed through the platform.

The applicable commission, settlement terms and other commercial conditions will be provided in the applicable Driver/Operator Agreement or partner terms.

Yes, where available and where you meet the requirements for each service.

A driver or operator may be eligible for multiple service categories depending on:

  • Vehicle type
  • Vehicle condition
  • Driver qualifications
  • Local licensing
  • Operator permissions
  • Service availability in the relevant market

Where permitted by applicable law and your existing employment or operator arrangements, you may be able to provide services through Elberith on a part-time basis.

You remain responsible for maintaining all required licences, insurance and legal permissions.

Elberith does not generally require a driver or independent operator to work exclusively through Elberith unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

You must, however, comply with your contractual obligations, local laws and any applicable insurance or licensing requirements.

Cancellation rules depend on the service.

For example, Chauffeur bookings may have different cancellation conditions from immediate Ride/Taxi bookings.

Where a cancellation fee is legitimately applicable, the applicable amount will be handled according to Elberith’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and the relevant partner terms.

Drivers and operators should avoid cancelling accepted bookings except where necessary.

If you cannot complete a booking because of an emergency, vehicle problem, safety issue or another legitimate reason, you should follow the cancellation procedure provided by Elberith as soon as possible.

Repeated or inappropriate cancellations may affect your account or access to the platform.

If the customer does not appear at the designated pickup location, you should follow the applicable waiting and contact procedure before marking the booking as a No-Show.

A No-Show must be reported accurately. False No-Show reports may result in investigation or account action.

Approved operators may manage their vehicles and associated documentation through the Elberith partner/operator system.

Documents may include issue dates, expiry dates and verification status.

You are responsible for keeping your information and documents accurate and up to date.

You may be required to update expired or expiring documents before continuing to provide services.

If a mandatory licence, insurance document, vehicle document or other required document expires, Elberith may temporarily restrict the relevant vehicle, driver or service until valid documentation is provided and verified.

Elberith does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The number of bookings available to you may depend on customer demand, location, availability, vehicle category and other factors.

Potentially, subject to your licences, operating permissions, vehicle eligibility and Elberith’s availability in those locations.

You should only provide transportation services in locations where you are legally authorised to operate.

Elberith is developing its international network across multiple markets, including:

UK, France, Germany, Spain, USA, UAE, China, Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana.

Availability of individual services may vary by city and market.
